Centre Director Opportunity

Talent Focus Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to lead their facility, providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0 weeks to 5 years old.

Position Overview

This 115 place centre operates from 6.30am to 6.30pm, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the centre's operations, ensuring the well-being, development, and success of children and staff.
  • Develop and implement early childhood education programs, aligning with local and state childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality care and education, promoting children's growth and development.
  • Manage centre resources, including staff, budget, and facilities, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a childcare setting.
  • Profound knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in childcare.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with local and state childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
