Centre Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our team at Windsor Neighbourhood Childcare Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of centre operation, while ensuring a high-quality, inclusive learning environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the service, including staffing, administration, and financial management tasks.
- Oversee the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and educational program that meets the needs of our children and families.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment that promotes their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work collaboratively with our established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Promote the service within the local community, in accordance with the Vision, Mission, and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent, as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- A strong understanding of Child Care legislation, including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
- Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
