">Your Key Responsibilities:Manage the team to achieve high standards of customer service and food qualityTrain and coach staff members on food preparation and presentationDeliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and serving food promptlyPrepare high-quality products according to recipes and health and safety guidelinesPrioritise guest satisfaction by handling complaints efficiently and effectivelyWork collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goalsCoordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth food delivery and maintain high standards of presentationPerform floor operations such as running food, clearing tables, and taking ordersRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to manage a team effectively and motivate individuals to achieve their best
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
  • Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential
