Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Uphold high standards of service and food presentation
  • Work strategically to drive performance and foster team development
  • Support the overall success of the restaurant
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years management experience within the hospitality industry
  • Customer-focused and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong understanding of financials, including budgets, forecasting, and labour costs
  • Great leadership skills, along with the ability to inspire, train, and develop the team
  • Display excellent presentation, organisation, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
  • A current RSA Certificate
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
