Workplace Health and Safety Specialist

About the Role:
At New Horizons Enterprises Limited, we are dedicated to creating a safe and healthy work environment for our team. We are seeking an experienced Workplace Health and Safety Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective WHS frameworks and tools.
* Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive positive health and safety outcomes.
* Provide guidance and support to our team members on WHS matters, including risk prevention and control.
* Analyze data and incident reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and implement training programs to promote safe work practices.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in HR or WHS, with a strong understanding of contemporary WHS methods and emerging trends.
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate in a relevant discipline.
* Proven experience in implementing WHS projects.
* National Criminal History Check and valid driving license.
