We are seeking a seasoned solutions developer to drive innovation and strategic growth in our cutting-edge AI solutions for the mining industry.

This role is ideal for an analytical thinker passionate about solving complex real-world problems through technology and human-centered design.

Strong collaboration and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate technical groups and critical customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster agile development methodologies and ensure team alignment and delivery cadence
  • Lead business analysis activities including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and process optimization
  • Champion data-driven decision making practices to ensure operationally grounded solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical tasks
  • Drive continuous improvement in team practices, delivery quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a solutions developer in technology or industrial domains, preferably with exposure to AI or data-driven solutions
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating small cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in Design Thinking, with a history of applying it to complex problems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in operational or field environments
  • Experience in mining or heavy industry is a plus
  • A valid Permanent Resident Visa is required
