We have a role for a skilled professional to oversee hotel operations in our absence, ensuring high customer service while providing daily reports, including reconciliations and balancing transactions from the day.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a changing industry that's yours to shape. You'll help prepare for the following day's activities and manage other issues in a friendly and professional manner.

You must be available to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including evenings from 11pm - 7am.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel Front Office environment within a four-star+ environment is ideal.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in computer-based booking systems.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Team players who work well under pressure.
