- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and compliant with organizational guidelines.
- Provide efficient and timely service and problem-solving solutions to brokers and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- Extensive underwriting experience within the insurance industry, preferably in business packages and farm.
- Established customer and broker relationship management and communication skills.
- Understanding of relevant insurance market conditions.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and use it for decision-making.
- Relevant problem-solving and negotiation skills.
