Senior Property Underwriter

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Underwriter to join our team at Haylo People, a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry.
About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
- Coach, guide, and mentor junior Underwriters in underwriting new business for Property and Liability Insurance.
- Responsible for the day-to-day underwriting of portfolios, achieving new business targets within underwriting authority.
- Attend industry functions and events, showcasing skills across a well-managed portfolio.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Property or Liability Underwriting experience.
- High degree of technical underwriting ability, strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach.
Benefits:
- Salary up to $170,000 + Super.
- 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH.
