The Role

We are seeking an organised and outgoing administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of our childcare service on a part-time, permanent basis.

As the first point of contact for families, you will be responsible for managing enrolments, family accounts, and the centre's waiting list using software XAP. You will also perform general accounting tasks, respond to email and phone queries, and assist the Director with various tasks including filing and record-keeping.

The working hours are 6 hours per week, and the day and time of work are negotiable and will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.

Key Requirements

  • A NSW Employee Working With Children Check (if appointed)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A collaborative team approach
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to establish, maintain, and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • A positive and 'can do' attitude
  • Previous experience and/or a relevant qualification
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
