St Columba's Primary School, Adamstown is seeking a Permanent Part Time Administrative Officer to join their team in 2025. This role will be classified as a Level 6.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to school staff and the principal, utilizing initiative and self-motivation to excel in this position.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of Catholic Education and the ability to support its ethos and culture
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft office programs and Excel, with intermediate experience working with databases
  • An ability to organise, prioritise and multitask to meet deadlines, while maintaining confidentiality when necessary
  • A willingness to work autonomously and be responsible for own work, with a capacity to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
