The Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative administrator to join our team at KU Children's Services. The role involves providing administrative support to the efficient operation of our part-time childcare service.

Key responsibilities include managing enrolments, family accounts, and the centre's waiting list using the XAP software, performing general accounting tasks, responding to queries, and assisting the Director with filing and record-keeping duties.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A NSW Employee Working With Children Check
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A collaborative team approach and a positive attitude
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive internal and external relationships
  • Previous experience and/or relevant qualification
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
