Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our assets in Greensborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination with their security team to provide excellent customer service and emergency services to the site and its stakeholders.

  • Client Liaison
  • Ensuring compliance through quality management systems
  • Leading and Coordinating a Medium to Large Team
  • Service Assurance (auditing and reporting requirements)

This role requires a strong focus on customer service, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading a medium to large corporate security team and possess good internal and external stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience leading a medium to large corporate security team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Cert IV in Security Risk Management or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Good internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
