Challenger Security is hiring qualified and experienced full-time, part time and casual Luxury Retail Security Officers who share our commitment to a rewarding career. We have positions available in the Melbourne CBD and in Southeast Melbourne. **Your Role**:
As a Luxury Retail Security Officer with Challenger Security, you will:

- ** Be the Face of Luxury**: Make customers feel safe and welcome and be part of their superior shopping experience.
- ** Safety First**: Maintain a secure environment for both staff and customers, ensuring their well-being.
- ** Vigilant Monitoring**: Keep a watchful eye on retail operations, deter any suspicious activities, and respond promptly to incidents.
- ** Informative Reporting**: Provide detailed insights to senior management regarding potential and actual threats to the business.
- ** Team Player**: Collaborate within a highly successful team environment.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Current VIC Private Security Individual Licence (Crowd Controller and Security Guard)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Police Check (Issued within the last 60 days)
- Previous Retail Security or Concierge Experience (preferred)
- Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards
- Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills
- Physical Fitness to Fulfill Duties
- A Friendly and Welcoming Customer Focused Attitude with Strong Observational Skills
