The Customer Service Officer role requires delivering outstanding customer experiences, supporting production and sales teams, and ensuring accuracy of data entry pertaining to sales orders.

  • Taking inbound calls from customers and responding to customer queries
  • Providing support to production teams about expected delivery times
  • Ensuring accuracy of data entry pertaining to sales orders
  • Collating and generating quality reports as required
  • Supporting the warehouse function with invoicing and courier bookings
