Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager Administrator to join our award-winning Property Management team.
Job Description- Prepare and process Residential Tenancy lease documents, including lease renewals and new tenancies.
- Liaise with other Real Estate agencies during handover and/or collection of managements.
- Assist in the tenant vacate process, liaising with outside organizations as required.
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors on behalf of the team.
- Prepare and process Management Authority renewals.
- Perform general ad hoc Property Management tasks when system audits are required.
- Provide relief front desk and phone coverage for the reception team as needed.
- Real Estate industry experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Docusign, Microsoft, and Reapit software for Property Management purposes is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, even in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive multi-tasking and time management skills.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work within current systems and procedures while contributing to process improvements.
- The desire to grow and develop a long-term career.
