Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead and develop multi-disciplinary technical teams.">
  • Drive reliability, condition monitoring and defect elimination initiatives.">
  • Oversee planning, scheduling and maintenance execution readiness.">
  • Ensure compliance with OEM and statutory maintenance standards.">
  • Provide strategic reporting, budget input and performance insights.">
  • Champion team development, succession planning and capability building.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Reliability Engineering.">
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in mining maintenance or engineering, including 3+ years in leadership.">
  • Strong knowledge of HME operations (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr).">
  • Experience with SAP PM, AMT and digital maintenance systems.">
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.">
