Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing restaurant operations, leading high-performing teams, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service delivery.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations management, with a strong background in team leadership and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices, as well as relevant certifications (e.g., liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR).
