Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled mechanical engineer to support our engineering teams in the construction space.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing integration of technology products onto construction machines
  • Working as part of an international design team to optimize machine performance
  • Producing technical documentation and detailed assembly instructions for complex mechanical systems
  • Performing design verification and qualification testing for new products
  • Executing production releases for new product designs
  • Participating in corrective action plans for mechanical systems
  • Providing technical support and consultation as required
  • Researching and analyzing data to determine the feasibility of design or application
  • Conducting on-machine tests and troubleshooting complex problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Professional experience relevant to your level
  • 3D CAD modeling package experience is required, with ProEngineer / Creo preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global teamwork
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Google Workspace apps
  • Reasonable fitness and manual dexterity for work in a machine test environment
  • Ability to self-learn and work autonomously
  • Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, Wifi, and Serial communication protocols
