Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front of House Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of events held at our venues.

In this role, you will work closely with event organizers, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all logistical requirements are met. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all events run smoothly and safely.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has experience in a supervisory or leadership position. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front of house operations and deliver high-quality customer services for events and functions at our venues.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all logistical requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Front of house experience in a supervisory or leadership position for events, performances, or live entertainment.
  • Current RSA Certification and a first aid certificate.
