About the Role:

The IT Service and Project Delivery Manager is a critical position responsible for establishing and managing service level agreements for KBR across Defence services, systems, and applications.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their IT service requirements and develop solutions that align with business needs.

This role requires strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. You will also need to have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement improvements.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and contracts, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across KBR supported environments.

You will also be required to define, implement, and monitor IT service delivery processes and procedures based on ITIL or other relevant frameworks to maintain service quality and compliance.

We are offering a competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including flexible working, paid parental leave, income protection, and corporate rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across KBR supported environments
  • Define, implement, and monitor IT service delivery processes and procedures
  • Manage a team responsible for delivering IT services
  • Assist with the creation of project plans with agreed milestones, scope, and budget
  • Recognise and mitigate risks and issues within the project
  • Liaise with strategy and delivery teams to determine solution execution and implementation approaches
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on solution/product development processes, costs, and budgets
  • Draft and contribute to all Commonwealth required document deliverables
  • Monitor service metrics and System Health Indicators and/or Service Level Agreement

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in IT service delivery management, preferably in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. They will also need to have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement improvements.

NV1 Security clearance is required for this role, with the ability to upgrade to NV2 if required.
