Job Description:

MEDICAL HUMANITARIAN ORGANISATION

Delivering emergency aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from healthcare. Guided by medical ethics and principles of impartiality, independence and neutrality.

The Learning and Development Manager will design, implement and evaluate training programs for Australian and New Zealand Internationally Mobile Staff (IMS). This role involves building tailored learning solutions to cover operational and developmental needs of MSF.

This position will enhance IMS capacity to operate in various global projects, foster motivation, promote professional autonomy and create mobility opportunities.

Key responsibilities include strategy development, annual planning, budget management, learning plan development and delivery, people development through career path and mobility, and engagement across the movement.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Qualifications in HR, Education or Business Administration
  • Experience in L&D strategy and expertise with both L&D design and implementation preferably in a not-for-profit or NGO
  • Knowledge of training delivery methods and adult learning principles
