**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team in Aboriginal strategy and governance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in coaching, developing, and managing teams, as well as strong leadership and people management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**: Develop effective relationships with stakeholders, including Aboriginal governance forums, government agencies, health services, and the community-controlled sector. Demonstrate sound leadership and people management skills to influence others and maximise efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce and improve outcomes for Victorians.

**Requirements**: Will have extensive experience in change management, providing positive and constructive leadership during and following change management periods. Ability to operate in accordance with delegated authority, consistent with policies. Strong critical analysis and reporting skills, high attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
