Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic leader to join our team as a Residential Manager at our 96-bed home. You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the facility, maintaining high standards of care and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
  • E nsure compliance with quality standards and accreditation requirements
  • Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and resource management strategies
  • Champion continuous improvement across clinical care, resident wellbeing, and service delivery
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community

About You:

">
  • Registered Nurse with current registration
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and quality standards
  • Demonstrated experience in leading aged care operations, including workforce and financial management
  • Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
