**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Permanent Educator to join our team at OSHClub's Oxley State School Helping Hands service.
This permanent part-time opportunity offers 10 hours per week, guaranteed minimum, with the possibility of picking up extra hours during school holidays.
As a Permanent Educator, you will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours, Monday – Friday, from 6:30am – 8:50am and 3:00pm – 6:00pm.
You will be part of a team of Educators, working closely with a Coordinator to deliver engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy working with children, and possess a relevant qualification or be willing to obtain one to work in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) per ACECQA standards.
**About the Role**
- Facilitate child-centered programs that promote STEM, sports, cooking, art, and craft activities, tailoring them to the interests of the children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, the school community, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled Educators to provide high-quality care and education.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Possess a valid Australian work visa and adhere to all necessary work rights regulations.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and state check for working with children.
- Owning a relevant qualification to work in OSHC or being willing to pursue it as per ACECQA guidelines.
