Child Development Specialist

C&K Oxley Childcare Centre is a leading provider of early childhood education in Queensland, dedicated to nurturing and inspiring children to succeed in an ever-changing world.
As a valued Child Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and guiding children's learning and development, fostering a life-long love of learning.
The centre welcomes children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provides care and early learning five days a week from 7:00am to 6:30pm. Our dedicated, friendly and qualified staff create a safe, secure and supported space for your child to thrive.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you'll collaborate with your team to create a supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

Key Responsibilities:- Support and guide children's learning and development, fostering a life-long love of learning.
- Collaborate with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:
- A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
- $25.10-$33.67 per hour plus salary sacrificing options.

- Full funding for Blue Card, Police Check, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
