Job Title: Director of Operational Excellence

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in providing expert advice on operational issues and legislative reforms. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions and excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small team of experts to provide advice on operational issues and legislative reforms.
  • Project Management: Lead projects to deliver results-driven solutions and contribute to the provision of responses to complex and high-profile issues.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with interdepartmental and interagency stakeholders.
  • Business Planning: Contribute to business planning and lead the delivery of actions that support the organization's strategic direction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Mid-senior level experience in a similar role, preferably in a government agency or regulatory body.
  • Expertise: Expertise in providing advice on operational issues and legislative reforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
