Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry. A key aspect of this position is to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, focusing on new vehicle sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Counsel and assist dealers in achieving their sales and profit objectives, providing guidance on marketing, retailing, and supply chain management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to address prioritized issues.
  • Present Marketing and Sales programs to dealers to maximize engagement and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales Management or Dealer Development role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, extract key insights, and communicate them effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen and business understanding, with excellent project planning and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience working with Ford products and sales processes.
