Job Opportunity: Automotive Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth within the automotive landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large automotive groups in Australia & New Zealand, focusing on new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with large automotive groups (OEMs) in Australia and New Zealand, targeting new business opportunities
  • Develop strategic relationships across the automotive space to gain positioning with decision-makers, while driving growth of new business
  • Communicate the value proposition of Uber for Business as a way to create efficiency, optimize costs, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end sales motions, including qualification, education, proposal presentation, and contract negotiation to close deals
  • Continuously assess customers' evolving needs and align Uber for Business's value proposition accordingly
  • Maintain accurate forecasts through Salesforce hygiene and regular pipeline reviews

Requirements:

  • Passion for the automotive industry and B2B sales experience with exposure to the full sales lifecycle
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to lead customer meetings and pitch product solutions effectively
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs, using insights and data-based decision making
  • Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel (G-suite equivalent)
