Job Opportunity:
Are you seeking a challenging role that combines exceptional customer service with problem-solving skills?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Federal Government clients, providing support and guidance via phone, email, or other communication channels.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on delivering high-quality service, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.

The role comes with a level of responsibility in ensuring the integrity and compliance of information and customer data. You will be assisted by a team of professionals as well as a supportive management team. The role will allow you to grow and will keep you engaged.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our Federal Government clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19
  • Relevant security clearances
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound or outbound call centre environment
