We're looking for experienced and charismatic leaders to oversee our cafe operations at Sydney Domestic Airport. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our customers, driving team performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our new Allpress Espresso location. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and every interaction with our customers matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, as well as maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
