Senior Cafe Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced cafe team leader to oversee the daily operations of our Sydney CBD location.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a proven track record in hospitality management, looking to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

  • Previous experience as a manager or senior team member in a fast-paced cafe environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cafe staff, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Monitor and control inventory, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
