About the Role

The Cornerstone Coffee and Kitchen cafe is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated part-time Team Leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our patrons.

Reporting to the Cafe Manager, you will supervise staff and ensure they meet our high customer service standards at all times.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing team members to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Managing the team during peak trade periods and delegating tasks effectively
  • Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
  • Resolving member and guest complaints
  • Supervising assigned staff, including training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Ensuring a safe working environment

**Essential Criteria:**

  • Must have RSA and RCG qualifications or be willing to obtain
  • Commitment to a 24-hour rotating roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Rights to work in Australia
