Early Childhood Teacher

As a dedicated Early Childhood professional, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality Montessori education to children aged 2.5 to 5 years old.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices in Montessori, developing strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and supporting room educators in their Montessori journey.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong inclusive team member mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional support to our Kindergarten program.

Requirements:
  • An ACECQA recognised degree in Education (Early Childhood).
  • Experience within the Early Childhood sector.
  • Experience in a Montessori setting.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
