About the Position

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our centre as an Early Childhood Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a Cycle One Kindergarten Classroom, catering to children aged 2.5-5 years.

  • We are seeking an experienced educator who can develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Montessori education and have experience implementing best practices in this area.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Cycle One Kindergarten Classroom of children aged 2.5-5 years
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships and partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Implement best practices in Montessori education
  • Support room educators in their Montessori journey
  • Ensure the room presentation is maintained to the highest standard
Requirements
  • Acecqa recognised degree in Education (Early Childhood)
  • Experience within the early childhood sector
  • Experience in a Montessori setting
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • A strong inclusive team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to articulate well verbally and in writing
