This classroom cares for 14 children aged 18 months to 3 years of age and is part of a larger vibrant Community.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Educators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality education and care for our children.

We seek applicants who have excellent communication and written skills and are positive contributors to a team of diverse educators.

">

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), with the ability to develop skills to use digital programming tools.

Avenues Montessori Children's House provides its team with the opportunity to develop their professional skills through workshops, mentoring programs, and offering consistent support staff for programming coverage.

We also offer in-house training to ensure consistency of practice and approaches to the Montessori Philosophy throughout our environments.

We welcome applications from individuals who are studying towards a Montessori Diploma and are in their last year of study.

The successful applicant will hold an ACECQA recognized qualification in addition to their Montessori Diploma.
