Early Learning Specialist

">Job Description

We are seeking an Early Learning Specialist to join our team at a 75-place Montessori service located in Brisbane's beautiful Bayside. As an Early Learning Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and purposeful learning environments that foster independence and lifelong curiosity.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Create meaningful, child-led learning experiences that support children's development
  2. Design and maintain safe, inclusive, and engaging indoor and outdoor environments
  3. Collaborate with a supportive team of Educators and Montessori-trained leaders
  4. Build respectful and trusting relationships with families
  5. Maintain compliance with the EYLF, NQS, and Montessori philosophy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
  • A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • A First Aid Certificate (with asthma & anaphylaxis training)
  • A strong understanding of child development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn and embrace the Montessori approach
