Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Strategy Developer to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

- Designing and implementing modern automation solutions to enhance continuous integration pipelines.

- Collaborating with developers and test engineers to improve development, test, and release processes.

- Developing and executing automation scripts to enable an automation-first approach.

- Researching emerging technologies within automation, quality engineering, and performance functions.

- Developing a roadmap of technical improvement initiatives across testing frameworks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in complex software delivery environments implementing high levels of automation.
  • Experience working within the financial services industry.
  • Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with exposure to Java and JavaScript.
  • Experience in API test automation and service virtualization methodologies.
  • Experience designing and executing performance testing for user interface and API using tools like JMeter.
  • Strong knowledge of revision control systems, branching, and merging, as well as general Git knowledge.
  • Knowledge of shell scripting, including PowerShell and Bash, is highly regarded.
