Defence Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Cyber Defence Analyst.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the frontline of monitoring, investigating, and responding to cyber threats.
As a Cyber Defence Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and triaging alerts, incidents, and threat intelligence outputs.
- Monitor, investigate and respond to cyber threats in real-time.
- Support incident response including containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews.
- Analyse malware and vulnerabilities to enhance detection and defences.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Professional certifications in SOC operations.
- Previous enterprise-level experience in a similar role.
- Scripting skills for automating security tasks and workflows.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g. Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel).
