Job Description

This newly created role involves working closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs by consulting on process, design, and development of our HRIS. This position plays a key role in driving innovation and implementing new or improved updates to existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new or improved updates to existing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage the Workday configuration strategy in partnership with Global HR Workday Director
  • Develop project plans using data gathered, constraints, and probable consequences
  • Communicate effectively with Stakeholders to turn broad requirements into recommended solutions and deliverables
  • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide essential support in Systems Integration Testing
  • Act as an expert and primary authority on configurations within your area(s) of responsibility
  • Stay informed of the Workday roadmap and provide inputs into GPC's Workday roadmap
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years' configuration experience in one or more Workday modules
  • Functional expertise in one or more of these HR topic areas: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting
  • A team player who has the ability to positively influence and manage outcomes produced by themselves and their team
