Global Workday HR Product Specialist

At the heart of our global organization, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Workday HRIS Product Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

This role involves working closely with key stakeholders and internal global Communities of Expertise (COE) to understand business needs and implement changes to our HRIS system.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new or improved updates to existing solutions.
  • Develop project plans using data gathered, constraints, and probable consequences.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with Stakeholders to turn broad requirements into recommended solutions and deliverables.
  • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide essential support in Systems Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Act as the expert and primary authority on configurations within your area(s) of responsibility.
  • Stay informed of the Workday roadmap and provide inputs into GPC's Workday roadmap.
  • Document requirements and technical specifications to support our solution landscape and HR organizational needs.
