Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Preschool Educator to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Preschool Educator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and interactive programs for children in the Preschool age group.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement age-appropriate programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of Preschool children
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Conduct observations and assessments to monitor children's development and progress
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth

Requirements



  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma of Education and Care
  • Experience working with children in a Preschool setting, preferably with a minimum of 1 year
  • Current first aid and CPR certification, as well as a valid Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
