Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide support services for individuals with complex mental health and cognitive conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with individuals diagnosed with behaviours of concern related to conditions such as borderline personality disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and dementia.

You will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with individuals with complex mental health and cognitive conditions
  • Hands-on experience in behaviour management and crisis intervention
  • Certificate III qualification in disability, community services, or a related field
  • Current first aid certificate with CPR
  • Valid Victorian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS worker screening check
