Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Independent Agents from a financial perspective.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agent finance inquiries and concerns
  • Oversee and monitor agent's credit facilities to ensure timely payments and reconciliation
  • Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for Travel Partners Holdings
  • Compile and analyze relevant reports to inform business decisions
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Process and confirm internal payments
  • Investigate bookings and resolve discrepancies, including booking clean-up
  • Liaise closely with the offshore team and TP Ticketing Team
  • Enter payment files on Westpac COL
  • Identify and follow up on unknown transactions
  • Maintain the Finance function in Tramada travel management system
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with commercial finance software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Methodical and able to follow procedures consistently
  • Exceptional time-management & organisational skills
