Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. As a Medical Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial loan applications end-to-end
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Contribution to answering client enquiries received via the contact centre

About You

To be successful as a Medical Finance Specialist, you will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (preferably)
  • Relevant work experience in sales or processing roles within broking businesses, banks, or other financial services companies
  • The ability to deliver to tight deadlines and high expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • An exceptional client service ethic and prior maintenance of an existing book
  • Prior knowledge of the banking or broking industry, the Australian residential and commercial lending market, and the regulatory environment

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
