We are currently seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team in Albury NSW. The successful candidate will work closely with Registered nurses, care staff and CCC at a beautiful 90 bed aged care facility.

**Job Description:**

The Care Manager will be responsible for managing the care of residents, coordinating with healthcare professionals and ensuring the highest level of care is provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about aged care and has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Care Manager within a Residential Aged Care facility
  • Passion for Aged Care
  • Flu and Covid-19 Vaccination Record
  • Current police check
  • Two clinical references from a senior staff member within the last 18 months
