About The Role:

The role manages Forensicare's External Service Provider and Visitor Management Software ('LinkSafe'). This critical position provides administrative, operational, and system support for onboarding and inducting External Service Providers, Students, and Professional Visitors in accordance with policies and procedures.

  • Manage user accounts and system functionality.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure system cleanliness and data integrity.
  • Proactively manage LinkSafe Profiles.
Key Responsibilities:

- First point of contact for all LinkSafe enquiries.
- Provide advice and support to the Business Support Services team regarding External Service Providers, Students, and Professional Visitors registrations.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under limited direction with strong time management skills.
