As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the property management team in a leading real estate company. Your duties will include coordinating and conducting thorough inspections, ensuring properties are kept to a satisfactory standard, and assisting the Investment Management department as required.

You will work closely with the property management team to ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standard. This will involve coordinating inspections, reporting on property conditions, and working with the Investment Management department to ensure that all properties are managed effectively.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and conducting thorough inspections
  • Ensuring properties are kept to a satisfactory standard
  • Assisting the Investment Management department as required
  • Leasing duties when required to cover overflow
  • Compiling reports and working to set KPIs
  • Attending all weekly team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

  • A current Certificate of Registration or RE License
  • A1 attitude and be self-motivated
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Own vehicle and Driver's License
