About the Opportunity:

Frasers Property Australia is seeking a Project Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team based in our Rhodes office. This role will be responsible for assisting with the administration of planning and execution of marketing activities across our NSW Projects.

The successful candidate will have a property background and be responsible for ensuring all media, sales and marketing material is of high quality. They will also monitor lead volumes and conversions, and provide monthly reports on enquiries/activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all media, sales and marketing material is of high quality
  • Monitor lead volumes and conversions, and provide monthly reports on enquiries/activity
  • Support the Project Marketing Manager in developing and executing campaigns
  • Manage project websites and social media platforms, and listings websites
  • Coordinate EDM messaging and communications
  • Assist with media, sales and marketing materials, and with sales releases
  • Coordinate CRM reporting, list extraction and administration
  • Monitor marketing plans and create a high-quality image for each project
  • Ensure accuracy of advertising and their timely placement
  • Ensure POS, merchandising material and sales support material is accurate and uploaded in a timely manner
  • Regularly visit sales offices, and attend sales and marketing meetings

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in property development or real estate) with digital marketing and social media
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM
  • Advanced written communication skills including copywriting and editing
  • Ability to plan and adhere to production timelines, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work in a team, and autonomously
  • A current drive licence and car for site visits
