About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Officer to join our team. As a Property Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the property management team, ensuring that properties are maintained to a satisfactory standard, and providing administrative support as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties, both ingoing and outgoing, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate and manage the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Assist the Investment Management department as required, providing administrative support and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Provide leasing support, including coordinating viewings and preparing lease agreements.
  • Compile reports and work to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our property management team.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in real estate support or a similar role. You will have a current Certificate of Registration or RE License, a positive attitude, and excellent administrative skills. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
